Return Policy and Limited Warranty

Our Commitment

KAAMB Industries LLC stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to your satisfaction and have established this policy to ensure any issues are resolved fairly and efficiently.

1. General Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and, if possible, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that are used, damaged, or modified.

• How to Initiate a Return: Please email us at engineering@kaamb.com with your name and order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item) or you are otherwise notified that KAAMB Industries LLC will cover return shipping.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Services & Custom Work

Payments for services, including but not limited to technical consultation, CAD design, and custom additive manufacturing (3D printing) projects, are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• Deposits: A 50% deposit is required before any custom work begins. Any deposits paid for such custom work are non-refundable once the project has entered the design or production phase.

3. Warranty Policy

KAAMB Industries LLC 2-Year “Worry-Free” Warranty (TRAC Tags) We are proud to offer our 2-Year “Worry-Free” Warranty on all TRAC Tag products.

• What it Covers: This warranty covers any failure due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

• Our Promise: If your TRAC Tag product fails under normal use as a result of a defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

1-Year Limited Warranty (All Other Products) All other physical products manufactured by KAAMB Industries LLC, including the TEC Tool, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions These warranties do not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dings, etc.) that does not affect function.

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation.

• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.

• Products used for any purpose other than their intended design.

How to Make a Warranty Claim To make a warranty claim, please contact us at engineering@kaamb.com. Include:

1. Your Order Number.

2. A detailed description of how the failure occurred.

3. Clear photos or a video demonstrating the issue.

Note: For warranty claims, the customer is not responsible for shipping the defective unit to KAAMB Industries LLC. KAAMB Industries LLC will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KAAMB Industries LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to use our products; or (b) any conduct or content of any third party.

KAAMB Industries LLC’s liability is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product.

5. Governing Law

This policy and any disputes related to the products or services provided by KAAMB Industries LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
